Application Process |
STEP #1Complete the application below. The email address you provide is where you will receive notifications, correspondence, and membership information from CATAP. Please add info@catap.ca to your email contact lists to to avoid any spam filters. NOTE: Within the application under "Description of Duties" you must provide a description of your employment duties as they relate to threat assessment and management. |
STEP #2Sign the confidentiality agreement and request a sponsor. If you do not have a sponsor our membership coordinator will provide a membership application form for you to complete. All prospective members must complete this form. |
STEP #3You will receive an email indicating that your membership is pending approval upon receipt and review of the additional membership documents required and payment of your annual membership dues. If you have requested sponsorship, the sponsor will be sent a request on your behalf. |
STEP #4Once your payment has been received, and required documentation has been submitted and reviewed by the membership coordinator, you will receive an email confirmation of your member status. Please allow 3-4 weeks for membership processing. |
